Tim McManus is an award-winning sports writer and multimedia journalist who recently left beautiful Saratoga Springs, N.Y. to start a freelance career in his hometown of Philadelphia. (Or he just really missed the soft pretzels and "wooder ice.") He's worked the last several years for The Post-Star of Glens Falls, a Pulitzer Prize winning paper in the Adirondack foothills. Tim has written sports for many publications at every level from high school to the pros, including several years covering the AHL Adirondack Phantoms and Saratoga Race Course. His passion is long-form journalism, but he's come to love expressing his thoughts in a 140-character world.
